Volunteers Corner
We have another 15 student journalists joining us from War Studies department at King’s College, London in September. They will be receiving training to become digital journalists from Reuters - the news agency.. They will then use this training to research and write articles about post conflict communities globally. Look forward to seeing what you think of work with us.
Our current volunteers - Taya & Cassia - will also be receiving some upskilling as well. They will training to be sales professionals - foundation level. Great skill to help them build their careers. Personal selling skills are always a great skill to nurture along with helping us grow our revenue base. So, don’t be surprised if you notice a slight change in what they do with us. Falak is preparing for university entrance at the moment. More about them next month.
Till next month folks,
